1. Payment Terms

a. Weekly Subscription:

Our service operates on a weekly subscription basis. Customers must pay at the start of each week to access the service for that week.

All payments are processed through Stripe. You can find Stripe’s terms of service here.

KTARSYS does not collect, process, or store your payment information.

b. Refund Policy:

Refunds are only available for the last week’s payment if you are not satisfied with the service provided during that week.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date for the week in question.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that payment signifies full satisfaction with the service provided for any prior weeks.

2. User Responsibility

You accept all risks associated with using KTARSYS and agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your use of the service.

b. Compliance:

It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of your rideshare application to ensure compliance.

3. Service Availability

KTARSYS is committed to providing continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

4. License and Use

a. Grant of License:

KTARSYS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal or professional rideshare purposes.

b. Prohibited Activities:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of KTARSYS.

Using the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

KTARSYS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last week.

6. Termination

KTARSYS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm KTARSYS or its users.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you through the platform or via email. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
